Ticket History: Search

On the Ticket History page (*/tickets) there is a search bar. The search bar says "Search by ticket ID or username.." however searching by username does not work. Only searching by ID works currently. Searching by username would be very very helpful and if it says you can, you should be able to. I hope to see this resolved soon, thank you!
