Reviews

On the Reviews page of the dashboard (*/reviews) you can see all the reviews, which is great. However, I think a very useful and beneficial feature to be added here would be a button to "View transcript" of that specific ticket. Most notably in cases where there may be a review which was not so great, it would be super helpful to be able to instantly pull up the ticket transcript and review what went on. I hope to see this implemented, thank you!
